The real worry with a big-ticket piece isn’t the price. It’s what happens between checkout and your driveway. Here is exactly what happens.
- 01You order. We hold it 24 hours.Every order sits with us for a full day before it goes to the manufacturer. Change your mind in that window and it costs nothing.
- 02It ships direct from the maker, insured.No warehouse, no middle stop. The freight carrier insures the shipment for its full value from the factory door to yours.
- 03The carrier calls you to book a time.Freight pieces arrive by truck to your curb or paved driveway, typically 7–21 business days after shipping. Need liftgate or inside placement? Ask us before you order — it can often be arranged for a fee.
- 04You inspect before you sign.Look over every box while the driver waits. Anything off, write “damaged upon arrival” on the receipt, take photos, and email us within 48 hours. We open the claim with the carrier from there.
- 05The manufacturer’s warranty is yours, intact.Buying through an authorized dealer keeps the factory warranty whole. If something surfaces later, one call to us and we route you straight to the right desk.
